Four major legal setbacks to the injection mandates

Biden’s Government Vaccine Mandate Just Took a Major Blow” “Judge Matthew Schelp of the Eastern District of Missouri issued an injunction halting President Joe Biden’s Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandate for Medicare and Medicaid workers in ten states Monday, citing a lack of approval from Congress.”

Federal Judge Blocks Biden Vaccine Mandate Nationwide, Protects Health Care Workers Across America” “…in response to a multi-state lawsuit led by Missouri, a federal court barred the Biden administration from enforcing a vaccine mandate for health care workers in 10 states who are employed at federally-funded health care clinics. That means they doctors and nurses can’t be fired for refusing the COVID vaccine despite Biden’s federal mandate requiring them to get it. Today, a federal court in Louisiana expanded on that ruling and blocked the vaccine mandate nationwide.”

Judge Blocks Biden’s COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate for Federal Contractors” ““This is not a case about whether vaccines are effective. They are. Nor is this a case about whether the government, at some level, and in some circumstances, can require citizens to obtain vaccines. It can,” U.S. District Judge Gregory Van Tatenhove, a George W. Bush nominee, wrote in the 29-page order. “The question presented here is narrow. Can the president use congressionally delegated authority to manage the federal procurement of goods and services to impose vaccines on the employees of federal contractors and subcontractors? In all likelihood, the answer to that question is no,” he said. The judge granted a request for a preliminary injunction by the attorneys general of Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee.”

Federal Judge Rejects DOD Claim That Pfizer EUA and Comirnaty Vaccines Are ‘Interchangeable’” “A federal district court judge rejected a claim by the U.S. Department of Defense that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine being administered under Emergency Use Authorization is interchangeable with Pfizer’s fully licensed Comirnaty vaccine.

  1. COVID vaccines shall be available only by prescription.
  2. Moving forward, “informed consent provide shall include any and all symptoms that are elevated in VAERS by 10X or more over ‘baseline’ reporting rates.”
  3. “Instruct public health officers to recommend that businesses post signs saying WARNING: face masks are NOT recommended.  They have not been shown to stop COVID, and mask-wearing may be harmful to your health.”
  4. Because people who recovered from COVID cannot transmit the virus, “there should be no restrictions whatsoever placed on” them.
  5. “Vaccinated and unvaccinated people should be treated the same way, since they are equally likely to be infected or spread COVID.”
  6. Whether in the public or private sphere, coercing people to be vaccinated should be illegal.
  7. If an early treatment protocol reduces hospitalization or death in clinical practice by 95% or more, put it “on a list of recommended treatments in the NIH COVID treatment guidelines.”
  8. “All public health officials shall encourage the public to talk to their doctors about the approved early treatment drug / supplement protocols listed on the NIH website.”
  9. Make it illegal to “[d]eliberately mislabel[] a death that wasn’t caused by COVID as a COVID death[.]”
  10. “Halt the use of remdesivir for hospitalized patients.  It doesn’t work and it is basically killing people.”
  11. If a social network suspends a person “for communicating truthful scientific data and opinions,” that person “shall have a private right of action to recover statutory damages.”
  12. If a social network erroneously labels a post (text or video) “false and misleading,” that person can sue the platform for statutory damages of $10,000/days suspended.

  1. Vanity blinds. Meritocracy is, indeed, a malignant narrative. The Left is just shedding its skin. All elite Lefties believe they are genetically and culturally and emotionally etc. superior to everyone else. They just pretend otherwise. Conservative morons then jump out on stage like cartoon villains with twirly mustaches and say, “Oh yeah? Well, we’re totally different from those weaklings who say everyone is a winner. We are better than you losers. And we’ll say it to your face.
Vote for us, you worms.” Great plan! How’s that working out? By which I mean, other than our cool mustaches.

Let’s see. Schools and universities are a sick joke. The border has taken on a surreal aspect that only a meritocratic super-being can truly appreciate. One like Dementia Joe who is shuffling around the white house, hopefully in diapers while Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton lurk in the shadows. The dollar is teetering on the verge of hyperinflation, but fear not, for its teetering is being carefully managed by meritocratic economists who are colleagues of those geniuses whose theories offshored our manufacturing capabilities, you know, the ones necessary for independent survival. The CCP is laughing at us while it sells us its junk and ramps up its military. Our military is meanwhile under assault from Washington. That is no doubt a training exercise designed by a meritocrat, just to keep the remaining real soldiers on their toes. Not to be outdone in meritocratic prowess, Transgenders are in a heated competition to rape more than the, er, Asian migrant grooming gangs of Europe, whose cousins are now being imported to the US. We normal people are being slandered in virtually all mainstream media, often by meritocratic winners, and in ways that are so intellectually vapid that we are looking on with equal dread and disbelief. Many of us are unable to talk to family members, often themselves possessed of distinct meritocratic honors, who seem more like pod people than humans. Yes, clearly meritocracy has been a resounding success. The elite school wunderkinder are really on top of the situation. Gates is anyway and he’s riding it like a real stallion. Wait a minute, why am I being trampled here? Well at least we can count on that darling Fauci, an Ivy Leaguer who, I seem to recall, graduated at the top of his class in the heart of meritocracy’s golden age. Thankfully he has figured out a solution. If he can just jab any critics to death, all his, I mean the nation’s problems will disappear. Yes, the wee little Hitler youth, I mean meritocratic apple of the nation’s eye has it all under control.

If meritocracy worked, then when am I going to see some results, not smug sneers, but real results. Next century? Communism is not good in theory and neither is meritocracy. Actually, meritocracy is communism, RINO style. Equity is just its new name. When sane people understand that, then, and only then, will we have actual merit return to the mainstream.

    1. No doubt the meritocrats will laugh at my punctuation inadequacy above. In my paltry defense, I have been reduced to typing with one finger on a tiny keyboard on a tiny screen. Thank gosh all those brainy, meritocratic engineers engineered this marvel of electronic amazingness. In the past, we had to communicate in such primitive ways. This is far more human. Of course, good begets good and I may yet look forward to a dandy upgrade when 5G arrives and this contraption hooks me into the hive.

  2. On the misidentification of Becerra. Two (and a half?) thoughts:

I am a Jewish American who was routinely misidentified as non-Jewish by my JINO colleagues and neighbors and peculiarly even my own relatives who seem to have adopted all manner of bizarre notions (and that was prior to any psychological effects of the jab). It seems I, being conservative, was not deemed authentic. Conservatives meanwhile usually deem me inauthentically conservative due to my antipathy to meritocracy and standardized exams. Authenticity is just not my thing, I guess. My antisemitic colleagues, on the other hand, were more perceptive to my true identity. It seems they check for Jewish identity early and often and on the basis of any mere wisp of suspicion their rumor mill is set in operation. No mere anglicized name, not of my choosing mind you, will stop them in their path to enlightenment. I am not surprised in the least that they would not let mere Catholic identity get in their way. They probably saw a picture of the Pope in his headgear and got carried away.

Jewish identity in America has gotten to the point of such blurry proportions that I would also not be surprised if I live to see the day when the majority of Americans claiming to be Jewish are rank posers while at the same time the majority of people claimed to be Jewish by antisemites were not even claimed by themselves to be Jewish. The Reformed movement is doing its part magnificently. No one knows what the heck is going on with their membership, and least of all them themselves. I knew things had gone weird when I met a Catholic lady who, in all honesty, told me she had been a Jew in college. It was a rather non-halachic phase she had gone through. She was also a flaming Lefty who promptly proceeded to denounce Israel. That latter phase seemed more lasting.

When reading through the list on that flyer, I was more impressed by the meritocratic credentials those clowns sported. It made me feel safe knowing that meritocratic wunderkinder were wielding such power over COVID and the remnants of American Judaism. I feel confident that we will have a bright future in some wilderness, all 20 percent or so of us that survive this wild and woolly ride.

  3. What’s Prager griping about. Baseball, basketball and football have been radicalized? Big deal. Everyone knows he likes hockey.

Anyway, according to Surak, music was on the decline even in John Field’s day. The US was barely begun.

Meritocracy must just be nostalgia. Prager claims the Left only destroys. But if all we can do is pine for the days when Mozart would deliver the goods then what are we? Pathetic? The Left destroys and we refuse to build? If Dennis wants better music, then why doesn’t he write some? Is his accordion broken or something? And anyway, I rather enjoyed a lot of 20th century orchestral music. It’s just that it was in the movies. I don’t see that as necessarily inferior to opera music. The opera was, once upon a time, supposedly rather like what the movies used to be. My parents said when they were kids that everyone would dress up to go to the movies, for instance. If John Field began the end of music, then what did it for the movies? Star Wars ending with an homage to Leni Riefenstahl?

  4. I would like to say that if Surak fancies himself a meritocrat, then I am man enough to shove it, temporarily at least. But I wouldn’t mind if he could explain how it is supposed to differ from Plato’s Republican notions.

Still, mainly, Surak, you must stay in fine spirits and keep delivering the goods here.
